We understand that deciding between a short-term rehabilitation facility and a long-term nursing facility can be difficult for both the potential resident and their family. Our experienced staff will guide you through the entire admission process, including providing recommendations on what to bring to create a comfortable and homely environment. Furthermore, we can help you with the Medicaid application process if necessary.
Once you are admitted, our caring staff will work with you to make you feel at home and address any concerns you may have. To ensure that you are adjusting well and receiving the appropriate care, each new resident is assigned a triage nurse for the first 30 days after admission.
